Apartments Villa Verde are located in the vicinity of Porec, in the quiet village Musalež. Although the Villa is situated in a quiet and natural environment, it is only 4 kilometers from the sea. The villa has a private pool with deck chairs, parasols and an outdoor shower.

All apartments are air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. All units have a kitchen fitted with a fridge, stove and electric kettle, as well as a bathroom with shower. Free parking is available and the nearest restaurant is 3 km away. The owner can prepare a traditional meal of local produce.

Casa mia - Adventure in the center of Porec

Casa mia invites you to live the charming experience of a holiday in a historical 18th century Porec house. The architecture of the building is from the time when people used to live a simple life in spacious rooms with tall windows that provides a lot of light and big terraces. To please our guests, we renovated the house, in such a way to provide all the comforts of the modern life and not to distort the beauty of a past architecture. Casa mia has a pleasant living room with a modern kitchen, a dining room provided with a big table for 8 people and a folding door that brings you to a covered balcony. The lovely stone stairs lead you to the upper floor with two 20 m2 bedrooms with high reaching sealings and windows. There's a bedroom with a restroom located at the ground floor, another bathroom with a shower on the ground floor and another one with a separated shower on the first floor. There's a gorgeous terrace of 25 m2 on the first floor, if you desire some more relax. Casa mia is located in the town center, 100 m away from the marketplace. You have a 10 minutes walk to most of the beaches, there is the bus station nearby, a taxi station and there's a little train that takes you to all the Porec important beaches.
